How to Apply
Please apply online at the People In Motion Awards website: www.thepima.org.
Where possible, please provide evidence of achievements, and clearly demonstrate the impact of the respective initiative. This includes: participation numbers, financial impact, skill improvement, customer feedback etc.
Please attach:
- one high quality image to represent your application.
- up to one piece of supplementary material (promotional video, project flyer, customer testimonial etc.) for the judges’ consideration (optional).
When is the Closing Date for the Awards?
The deadline for all applications is 5.00pm on Tuesday, 1st August 2023.
Is there a Charge to Apply?
There is no charge for applications.
What is the Judging Process?
The Awards will be judged by a panel comprised of leading figures across, sport, entertainment, education and culture.
The judging process is a follows:
July 4th 2023 – Judges start independently score applications based on the judging criteria.
Mid August 2023 – Four finalists for each award announced.
Early Sept 2023 – Face to face meeting with the judging panel to discuss applications and decide winners.
16th September 2023 – winners announced at Awards ceremony in London.
Where will the 2023 Award Ceremony be held?
The People in Motion Awards 2023 ceremony will take place on September 19th at the Trent Park Country Club, Enfield.
The ceremony celebrates outstanding contributions made by groups and individuals in the education of skilled movement and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding achievements.
This year’s ceremony will promote the unique, diverse and distinctive nature of educators and institutions and the broad capabilities of the charitable social enterprise.

Guidance for Applicants
The online application form aims to be simple and straightforward. Within the specified boundaries, entrants should aim to share as much detail as possible in order to give a clear representation for the judges’ analysis.
All applicants are reminded to consider the following when completing your submissions:
