Apton Dance Studio
Based in Bishop’s Stortford, we are a professional dance studio with classes in Hertford, Epping, Great Chesterford, Birchanger and Bishop’s Stortford.
Dancing at the Apton Dance Studio is a great way to have fun, keep healthy and make lots of new friends – all whilst learning how to dance correctly and quickly. The school, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in February 2016, offers a variety of group classes for all levels, from beginners through to medal classes.
Our dance classes are all about you having fun and we offer a mixture of Ballroom and Latin American, Salsa, Latino, Streetdance and good old fashioned Jive. We are also happy to arrange private lessons for special occasions such as a wedding first dance-- or simply as fast track way to learn a certain dance or to catch up on missed classes.
We hold social night dances once a month, which are a great opportunity to practice your moves in a totally relaxed environment whilst having a chat and a few drinks with your new found friends.
You will find a warm welcome at the studio where we mix dance, music and laughter into a combination that will keep you coming back for more.
